Automation reverb master fader

Post by aspiration »

Hi to everyone,

I was wondering if there is a simple way of doing automation of the reverb master fader.

I found a way around, but it is far from perfect:

1) disable special CC modifier and background processing
2) show reverb track in track editor
3) doing some automation
3) hide reverb track in track editor
5) enable special CC modifier and background processing

Thanks in advance and best regards

Disabling CC modifier and background processing, is a really BAD idea, and totally unnecessary.

And why would you ever want to automate the Reverb track fader???? The reverberant characteristics of an acoustic space do not change during a musical performance.

You might want to automate the send gain of various tracks that are going into the reverb, but never the fader of the reverb track itself.

What are you trying to do?
