Re: How to set up soundcard - sample rate

REAPER supports any sound card that is supported by your computer. You simply select the card that you are using inside of REAPER Preferences, which is in the CC menus at Edit => REAPER Preferences... If you pause while recording, it keeps the current files open, so that when you unpause, you are st...

Re: Load path: Difficult to read window

@Tacovision and @lorenzo.gavanna I forgot to respond here, but a while back, I updated CC so that now it reports this information in the Reaper Console window instead of in a dialog box. You should be able to see everything there! Let me know how that works for you.

Re: Reaper 6.71 bug

Yes, and -- as the emails also stated -- the REAPER bug has been fixed already in development releases of 6.72, and we will notify all CC users as soon as 6.72 is released shortly. In the meantime, you can continue to use REAPER 6.70 which is available HERE . This topic has been moved to General REA...

Re: How to re-assign keys assigned to two functions

In REAPER, one or more keyboard shortcuts may be assigned to an action. An action can be either one that is in the action list already, or a "custom action" (more commonly known as a "macro") that you create by stringing actions together. You create a new custom action by clickin...

Re: Automation reverb master fader

Hi to everyone, I was wondering if there is a simple way of doing automation of the reverb master fader. I found a way around, but it is far from perfect: 1) disable special CC modifier and background processing 2) show reverb track in track editor 3) doing some automation 3) hide reverb track in t...

Re: Reaper update

6.69 seems to be working great! I would recommend always doing the updates unless you hear from us that there is a problem.

Of course, never do updates in the middle of a recording session, just to be safe.

Re: Explode multitrack file in CC

This is a standard REAPER function. Right click on an item or any one of several selected items and execute the following command: https://i.imgur.com/iLrMqDr.png That will create the single channel files on the disk and also load them into child tracks of the original item(s) while muting the origi...

Re: Uninstall CC From Mac Computer and/or Reaper

As the installation procedure explains at https://cohlerclassical.com/install/ if you want a separate "plain" REAPER then install it in a portable install (i.e. separate directory). Or you could install CC/REAPER in its own portable install directory. There is no "uninstall" of C...

Re: Select previously selected tracks when changing source or dest.

Tacovision We've fixed the 2nd REAPER bug mentioned above. Update to get latest version with the fix. So here's another good solution for solo/mute. Uncheck the Edit => Preferences... => Editing Behavior => Mouse => Mouse click on volume/pan faders and track buttons changes track selection setting....

Re: Select previously selected tracks when changing source or dest.

@Tacovision Actually, I discovered that there are more options, and the complete answer is a bit more complex than what I posted previously. I've updated the post now. Check it out. Sorry for the delay in figuring this out.
