Reaper update

Is it ok to update Reaper to version 6.69? Or is it better to stay in version 6.67?

6.69 seems to be working great! I would recommend always doing the updates unless you hear from us that there is a problem.

Of course, never do updates in the middle of a recording session, just to be safe.
